    Montrouge 2007 - 2012 Implementation of Calypso as Global BO system for FX and Treasury in 24 countries
    Management of 30 in-house developers and Business analyst
    Management of 18 developers and a support team outsourced in India

    • Project management: I do a close monitoring of the 2 major projects (Paris and London) : FX, FX options, MM, Sec Bonds, FxOptions, Call Account, Islamic Banking. Hand’s on management as the project manager for the London project

    Reporting to the Sponsors and Stakeholders-Steering committee and planning management
    System Migration for London implementation (huge volume of FX and MM deals)

    • Outsourced development management (weekly meeting with developers, prioritization of developments for all the projects)

    • Support Management – outsourcing management. Asia and Europe production incidents monitoring. Prioritization of the development and issue tracking. Organization of the Support team and users relationship.

    Paris 2002 - 2007 IT Implementation Project manager of SS&C Trade thru system (formerly OMR) for India, Norway, Portugal and Panama



    Capital markets IT & Organisation Deployment team. Front, middle, and back-office operations System, for Corporate & Treasury departments of the bank. (International ALM and Local Fixed Income standard software)



    Business scope: FX deals (spot, forward, currency swaps), Treasury and corporate deals ( Loan/Deposit, fixed term and call & notice Loan/Deposit, periodical interest payments, amortisation schedule, floating rates, ...), Derivatives deals (FRAs, Futures, FX options, interest rate swaps, CCS ), Securities Bonds deals.



    Main tasks during these missions

    · Business analysis - Functional Production of business operating model and business processes.

    · Project management (CMMI level 2)

    · Implementation of interfaces (Swift, accounting system, data warehouse…)

    · Business systems configuration set up and testing

    · Development and execution of training and UAT

    · Production of user procedures.

    · Systems Issues identification, tracking and resolution. Problem solving by developing innovative solutions.

    · Performing & co-ordinating data clean up, migration testing and conversions.

    · Assistance to the territories; organisation of the computer operations and Territories Back Office Methodology (STP).

    · Head Office Multibank strategy studying. Corporate loans system management studying.

    · Panama Project Manager (June 2005 - June 2006): Front Office and Back Office organisation – IT new system implementation and accounting standardisation. Project deployment management and decommissioning of the old system. OMR implementation

    · Norway Project Manager (June 2004 - June 2005): Centralisation on Ireland and Portugal multibank database. Project deployment management and decommissioning of the old system. OMR implementation

    · Portugal Project manager (June 2003 - June 2004): Portugal & Ireland centralisation on the same BO platform. Centralisation of the K+ Front Office in Madrid. Project deployment management and decommissioning of the old system. OMR implementation

    · India Project Manager assistant (Jan 2003 – June 2003 & August – Oct 2004): Implementation of Atlas2 accounting schemes for derivatives and FX; new front Office system (Kondor+/ FXT) and
  • Bnp paribas - Middle office

    Paris 2001 - 2002 Traders/Sales assistant. Deal Processing Support , Middle Office (Kondor + / Murex / Star / BND systems)

    In Paris Fixed Income trading Room, I was in charge of the checking of the Bonds portfolios positions and operations for short term interest rate traders and sales.
