    - Analyzed and corrected complex anomalies on the I-Mode service platform (mobile internet access system serving several Million users) within strict contractual deadlines. Resolution time commitments were never exceeded, saving over €200,000/year in potential penalties
    - Selected to present “Anomaly Status” weekly meetings to client within 3 months of starting job, although youngest and least experienced member of the team. Persuaded Bouygues to discard or downgrade dozens of anomalies/year through constructive dialogues
    - Design, Integration and Validation of Bouygues Telecom internet mobile portal
    - Integration and Implementation of 2nd generation Mobile TV/Video-on-Demand platform for Bouygues Telecom
