    Colombes 2006 - maintenant Bonny Island, Nigeria

    · Led a multidisciplinary 45 members (9 nationals) team, part of a $500M LNG extension
    plant project, to tune every system, start them and make sure they reach the expected
    performances: operations tracking, schedule management.
    · Defined standartized work procedures with the client and indicators to monitor the
    progress with internal management.
    · Cooporated with other departments, suppliers and client to get the best results
    (shedule, quality, finance)
    · Negotiated assistance, starting dates in order to allow the client to start production as
    soon as possible.

  • Cegelec - Oil&Gas - Operations Manager

    2005 - 2006 Pointe-Noire, Congo

    · Managed multiple projects in electric and instrumentation field for the subsidiary (from
    budget design and basic engineering to technical final approval of the client and
    financial conclusion)
    · Led team of 35 members: Improved technical skill thanks to trainings dedicated to the
    workforce.
    · Created a dedicated engineering office in the subsidiary. Put in place a bonus system to
    award high performances.
    · Enhance control procedure to improve ethical behavior of employees and local
    suppliers.
    · Secured relationships with congolese government representatives, with the clients
    representatives, and with cegelec head office representatives.
    · Increased sales of 22% to reach $3.5M. Contracts gained with a new client.

  • Cegelec SA - Commissioning Manager

    2003 - 2005 Roissy en Brie, France

    · Associated to a $400M turnkey project in claim machine industry for ADP (Aéroports
    de Paris). Cegelec associated with Siemens had to design, build and start a claim
    machine for the 2E and 2F Paris airport modules.
    · Led commissioning team (up to 58 technicians) which goal was to test and start the
    systems to make sure they would reach the expected performances.
    · Optimized the organization by creating a dedicated task force with the engineering
    department and Siemens, resulting gain of two months on the expected schedule.

  • Altek GmbH - Consultant

    2002 - 2003 · Mission for Siemens VDO for a central computer unit project dedicated to Volkswagen
    Phaeton and Bentley GT.
    · Supported and analyzed automatic software tests to test its reliability and functions.
    Purposed improvements for new tests and Software modifications to fix the issues
    encountered.
