  • SAFA TELECOM - Senior Account Manager

    2006 - maintenant - Responsible for planning, execution and management of assigned additional services, projects. or departmental projects, including project costs, bids and evaluation, specifications, change orders, material procurement, safety and timely project execution.

    - Coordinate and supervise electrical and Satellite works to make the site ready for installation of equipment. Acceptance of electrical and satellite works. Coordinate with telecom vendors, planning and engineering team, installation and commissioning of equipment.

    - Defines scope of work and gathers internal and sub-contractors cost information to develop cost estimate for customer projects.
    - Prepares proposal and coordinates with Director prior to submittal, follow-up and presentation to customer. Lead appropriate teams for project development and implementation; prepare progress reports, including cost trends, etc., and submit to Management in a timely manner.

    - Work closely with Logistics Department to ensure the success of whole Supply Chain dept.

    - Gains a thorough knowledge of all aspects of project management with respect to products, subsidiary services, UAE government and local regulations, applicable codes, design standards, customer relations and field coordination with sub-contractors.

    - Responsible for hiring, evaluating and discharging staff as well as determine their duties and salaries within the scope of the approved budget.
    - Responsible for developing an annual operating budget with the collaboration of the Budget & Finance Manager.

    - Oversee the development and implementation of marketing strategies in Middle East & Northern Africa (MENA)
