    2012 - 2015 Conceptualized the brand and services. In charge of sales, marketing and operations. Created all intellectual
    property - website, training materials, marketing materials, etc. Developed business model around the
    bioDensity, Power Plate and Hyperbaric Chamber technologies as a viable model to recondition and
    therapeutically repair bone, muscle, joints and nerves. Launched IRB study for 40 MS clients to prove
    protocol is an effective therapy for populations with auto-immune disease. In the process of launching a
    brand expansion through the licensing of Break4Health and creation of mini B4H locations at CVS locations
    mid-2015. Increased revenues 2000% from 2013 - 2014.

    direction and vision of brand, all SOP's and training materials for all employees as well as innovative
    revenue streams not typically found in traditional health/wellness facilities. Most importantly created a viable
    Power Plate model to bridge the technology, client and fitness professional.

    2007 - 2008 Responsible for creating brand direction of upscale gym undergoing transition from Holmes Place US to a
    new identity (future name to be determined) under the parent company Bally Total Fitness. Scope of project
    includes creating: a direction and vision of future brand, creating a turn key sustainable brand that can
    eventually be expanded to a national upscale brand, all SOP's and training materials for all departments as
    well as innovative revenue streams not typically found in traditional health/wellness facilities.

    2007 - 2007 Facilitate company objectives through grassroots marketing. Oversee 80 clubs and four Field Marketing
    Managers in the Midwest region (Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and
    Pennsylvania). Responsible for management of $1,000,000 marketing budget, evaluate programming spend,
    establish new local initiatives, staff development, and implementation of key company initiatives.

    2006 - 2006 Acquired Crunch Fitness facility.(Note: Bally sold Crunch to AGT in
    Spearhead grand opening of new club. Managed and directed up to 6 fitness clubs including Gorilla Sports,
    Bally Sports Clubs, and Crunch Beach Club. Within six months, assumed additional concurrent
    responsibility as Director of Sales for the entire Chicago region. Directed, motivated, trained and developed
    50 to 60 club management staff. Reduced operating costs by 20% and increased profitability by 20 over prior
    year.
