    2016 - maintenant • Create and maintain employee and contingent worker records on the HR Management System (HRMS - Oracle ) and any other filing systems as required
    • Prepare contracts of employment and associated paperwork for new hires, transfers and leavers ensuring all documents are distributed in a timely manner to the relevant parties

    • Check the payroll summary files from the payroll processing agency to ensure accuracy
    • Co-ordinate the independent reconciliation of the payroll(s)

    Paris 2014 - 2015 Gather, evaluate, and report on employee payroll data for management, service providers, and government agencies in compliance with regulatory requirements. Input and reconcile variable compensation information. Coordinate tax and social contribution payments. Audit payroll database for optimum data integrity. Train and mentor new payroll team personnel.
