  2000 - 2005 Responsibilities include:
  Production monitoring: 400 Gas condensate producer wells in Trias Sandstone Reservoir and 60 Oil wells from Oil rim Trias and Lower serial Trias Sand Stone Reservoir. Production around 8000 mmscf/d of wet Gas (Gas Field.) and 20 MBOPD (Oil Rim.) - Onshore operations.
  Supervise stimulation jobs about 50 matrix acidification job to improve Gas wells productivities well HR11 (Qgbefore= 01mmscm/d to 03 mmscm/d after acidification);
  Well testing data Interpretation, Build up before and after acidification jobs;
  Evaluate well results with the Reservoir engineer, geologist and other services;
  The gain resulting after 3 months from the acidification campaign is about 30%.
  Investigate potential well problems and proposed well service activities (Wells operations) to maintain production level as prediction plan.
  Production monitoring of 200 gas recycling wells, 60 Oil gaslifted wells. Gaslift Optimization and troubleshooting, to optimize production and balance between injectors and producers
  Coordinate and lead all related work in Field Development South part of Oil rim.
  Follow up completion program for new well drilled in Oil and Gas reservoirs. Logs review (CBL, VSP, GR, Neutron) and perforation selections (under balance or over balance, TCP, etc.).
  Involved in Gas Lift project from implementation to commissioning, trouble shooting and optimization (using PIPESIM software) of 60 Oil Wells in North Field.
  Involved in Digital Field Pilot in Oil Field on North part Asset (48 wells). Define scope, review workflows and identify/suggest reporting system on wells parameters monitoring and network optimization using SCADA system.
  Works on improving network performance using PIPESIM 2012 software. To solve slot commingling problems, identify production restriction in the flow line and bottle neck. Provide recommendation to solve the problem with expected oil gain about 15% in (Series Inferieure) Oil field in the south part.

  Total production around 20,000 BOPD and 8000 MMSCFD - Onshore operations.
  Gas and Oil wells Operations supervisor including;
  Coiled tubing operations (N2 quick off , Tubing and perforations clean up);
  Fresh water injection within annulus and well head to dissolve salts (halite);
  Electric operations: PLT, RST, Perforation, Temperature survey;
  Stimulation Matrix Acidizing using combination Acids for multilayered reservoir;
  Paraffin dissolving using reformat squeeze in situ for South paraffin's wells;
  Control the quality of the services provided by the Services Companies and their invoices and operations procedures to be conducted in respect of environment;
  Assure the daily operations procedures to be executed in safety manner;
  Supervise Workover operations : Completions, Perforations, Logging, Stimulation;
  Assure all Well maintenance: Surface equipments; Chocks, valves, Shutdown Test.
  Lead PE team to update reservoir performance and NODAL modelling in Oilfield (80 oil wells) to be integrated in network modelling (PIPESIM software).
  Exposed in Gas Lift as artificial lift method; hands on in designing, installing, optimizing and monitoring.
