A software engineer and accountant by training, Michel has over 20 years experience in company management in the computer services field. His professional career has led him to develop companies from their very emergence right up to being strong enterprises quoted on the stock exchange and employing several hundred people. Michel has mostly worked in Belgium, France and Holland and has also carried out missions in Great Britain and Canada. Alternately director and shareholder, a graduate of the CEPAC (Solvay), Michel has acquired a sensitivity in management which he has been making available to company heads for a number of years within the framework of individual mandates. His principal domain of interest is oriented towards strategic positioning, contract negotiation and assisting company heads in their leadership. Founder of Just in Time Management Group, he is its Managing Partner.
His major responsabilities as CEO have been with Telinsys (Telinfo group) from 1985 to 1993, and Centric-KSI International from 1993 to 2002.
