I have built a close relationship with our distributors, as well as developing a very profitable partnership with customers over the years. I locally manage a multinational team of up to 15 Inside Sales Representatives covering various markets in Northern and Southern Europe, and also remotely supervise an off-shore group of Data Entry Clerks and Customer Service Associates located in the Philippines.

Following the relocation of my company to Dublin, I was part of the core management team in Europe to ensure continuity of business and service level to our customers.
I truly enjoyed the significant challenges of working in a start-up environment, building a new organisation with new people and systems, and reporting to a new executive management structure.
