As the Head of Animal Nutrition Performance Management at ADM, I lead the financial and operational aspects of the global animal nutrition market. With over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing, FMCG, and service sectors, I have developed a strong expertise in financial planning and forecasting, lean manufacturing, costing models, and supply chain management.

My mission is to support the operations and commercial teams, and to be a trusted finance business partner for the business unit leadership. I also play a key role in the integration of the global animal nutrition portfolio, and in ensuring a return on investment and alignment with the organizational goals and objectives. I am passionate about delivering high-quality products and services, optimizing animal health and nutrition, and driving business growth and innovation.

    - Promoting accountability of financial and operational KPIs among plant/regional leadership via coaching and follow-up.
    - Leadership of global KPI deployment for asset utilization, cost of poor quality and financial performance.
    - Leadership role in Performance Excellence initiatives, such as Zero Loss, Focused Improvement and Losses-to-Action.
