En résumé

I am a general chemistry student, going to specialize in polymers and formulation. I am currently looking for a 6 month internship in the department of research and development in France.

I performed a full-year internship at Tesa in the R&D department (formulation of polymer) from August 2017 to August 2018. A patent is ongoing for the formulation I developped.

I have been studying at CPE Lyon, an engineering school of Chemistry from September 2015 and I expect to obtain my engineering degree in 2019, specialized in the formulation of polymers.

During my studies I also acquired theoretical and practical knowledge in analytical sciences and organic chemistry. I know how to perform a reaction and purification while respecting safety and environmental charts. Besides, my team and I were rewarded by the GSK company for our organic chemistry project. We had to process an environmentally friendly way to perform the Diels Alder reaction.

I have also good knowledge in HPLC, electrochemistry, IR, NMR and formulation, and I am keen develop further my skills on other scientific competences.

Finally, I did a two-month internship in a laboratory of quality control at Bluestar Silicones (Lyon, France) were I developed technical precision and autonomy skills. I also worked on the method development of a new measuring instrument that is now used in the laboratory.

  • Tesa Se - Stagiaire

    2018 - 2019 Full year internship in the Research and Development department, working on an inovative UV Tape synthesis for Automotive and Electronics industries. The final formulation I developed will be patented in a foreseeable future.

  • Bluestar Silicones - Technicienne dans le laboratoire de contrôle qualité

    Lyon 2016 - 2016 2 month internship which consisted in the analysis of silicons products, using several technics such as Karl Fisher, IR spectroscopy, Flash point analysis...

    Addition work was to develop a method for the use of a new analytical machine.

    Stage de 2 mois dans le laboratoire analytique de Bluestar silicones. Analyses de routine des produits siliconés à l'aide de divers pratiques: Karl Fisher, taux de Vinyls-OH, Spectroscopie Infrarouge, mesure du point éclair, potentiométrie...

    Développement de méthode sur un nouvel appareil dans le laboratoire: rédaction de la norme méthode et réalisation des tests de reproductibilité puis étude statistique.
