I have 30 years of work experience of which the last 27 years were with various Philips organizations and countries.
I am a software project leader with 7 years experience for consumer electronic products. I have lead teams made of 5 to 15 persons for various projects with a duration from 6 to 18 months. I have participated in various steps from start of a project answering tenders up to product delivery (product release). My other positions are product manager (3 years), test engineer (3 years) customer support (5 years) .
I have specified software , planed and organized tasks to be conducted until software releases to other teams (marketing, hardware,validation, production). I have checked project progress by comparing the realization to the forecast and taking corrective actions if needed.
My other skills include: risk management, software quality using criteria from CMMI level 2, preparing documentation for external audits, project follow up and reporting. I recently upgraded my skills learning project management methodologies such as Prince2.
