I have got more than 5 practical years of experience working in EPC companies like Sonatrach-Anadarko Corporation, LEAD Ldt, and AMIA within the HSE team at different positions and like Supervisor, Coordinator, responsible and my current position is a PTW Coordinator with Sonatrach-Anadarko Corporation at EL MERK project.
I have worked in projects with different nationalities, multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary challenging Environment.
I have got a good interpersonal Skill, a good team spirit, good communication, Reporting skills and good computer skills.

    2010 - maintenant HSE Supervisor with SONATRACH ANADARKO, in EL MERK Project.

    Roles and responsibilities:
    Work directly with the El Merk HSE Manager and interface with contractors to
    • Champion and communicate HSE processes for project.
    • Participate in field auditing to evaluate EPC Contractor HSE compliance.
    • Conduct multi-language HSE training and participate in daily/weekly/monthly safety meetings.
    • Facilitate administrative processes for El Merk HSE (incident reporting, metrics reports, report preparation, meeting planning).
    • Participate in emergency response planning and exercises.
    • Assist Project Management Team in identifying project safety concerns.
    • Provides safety & health information/expertise to the PMT.
    • Provides safety training to the Project Management Team as required.
    • Monitors EPC contractor construction HSE programs.
    • Provide support for procurement of HSE equipment and supplies.
    • Ensures Algerian regulations and reporting requirements are met.

    Roles and responsibilities:
    • Support the HSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.
    • Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.
    • Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on HSE related matters.
    • Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as client requirements.
    • Ensure training, tool box meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company’s training and HSE program, i.e. emergency response systems, etc.
    • Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Accident Investigation Reports and prepare/submit lessons learned to the Regional HSE Manager for promulgation to the management.
    • Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees.
    • Ensure all worksites are HSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards.
    • Continuously monitors the work environment, especially for work performed under specific Permit to Work requirements.
  • AMIA - Professor and Responsible of chemistry laboratories

    Roles and responsibilities:
    • Responsible for all the equipment used in the lab, calibrating, maintenance and inventory of all the lab equipment.
    • Ensuring the safe storage of chemical materials.
    • Overseeing the collection and disposal of waste materials according to regulations.
    • Distributing laboratory equipment and materials in the chemistry laboratories in coordination with the other technologists.
    • Recommending and/or performing general cleaning in the chemistry laboratories.
    • Recommending and/or performing maintenance or repairs of equipment in the chemistry laboratories.
    • Assisting in the orientation and training of new laboratory staff.
    • Participates in and contributes to a safe environment in the chemistry laboratories by:
    1. Keeping current with safety regulations.
    2. Checking and maintaining safety equipment.
    3. Explaining safety procedures to individuals using the laboratories.
    4. Being responsible for the evacuation of the chemistry laboratories during emergencies.
    5. Maintaining the MSDS inventory in the chemistry laboratories.
    • Conduct experiments in the laboratories.
    • Providing orientation to instructors regarding laboratory procedures, location and use of materials, and the operation of equipment.
    • Preparing solutions, compounds and reagents for the lab faculty to conduct studies
