    Thaon Les Vosges 2014 - 2015 Deploying, coaching, and give direction to a team of Pre-Sales Engineering around European and North Africa. In that leadership role, I am accountable for:
     Managing about 50 sales estimators/design engineers across ENA
     Gather and implement best practices, tools and process
     Manage work within the estimating organization, including recruitment and resourcing of staff to manage current and future needs of the business.
