Planning and Cost Controller Responsible, ( Gas Plant.- Managing a team of 3 valuation technicians, working with a Team of 30 people as a Construction Supervision - Main Projects:
* Upgrade ENAGAS LNG Facilities Plant from 390.000 m3 to 840,000 m3, Process and Storages Capacity.
* Construction of three Tanks 150.000 m3 LNG tanks. ;
* More than 15 Minor projects with more than 30 sub-contractors for facilities to increase the storage capacity of the plant.
Main Roles:
Contract administrator
Construction contract administrator, including clause modifications, amendments in negotiations, claim, contract follow-up and closure, verification of contractual payments.
Anticipate contract claims in terms of labor, materials, equipment and technical challenges.
Projects cost control
Projects cost-control, valuation approvals, assessment of changed orders and new unit prices.
Construction cost estimations before and during the project.
Cost estimation of additional jobs.
Responsible for evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of processes, procedures and cost- control measures.
Manage and develop the cost -control team.
Preliminary invoice approval.
Lead Planning
Planning and follow-up of client's general plan for plant upgrade.
Detailed planning and follow-up of all minor projects.
Analyze and coordinate subcontractor's schedules following client leads.
Evaluate change-effect on project cost and schedule.
Monthly, closing and proposed changes forecast.
Analyze and report productivity and trends.
Monthly internal and external reports, including planning and cost information.
File actual schedule historical data for estimating similar projects in the future
