  Paris 2014 - maintenant Agissant en qualité d’auditeur expérimenté ou de chef de mission pour les missions d’audit réalisées sur les métiers de la gestion d’actifs et de la banque privée en France ainsi qu’à l’étranger (Benelux, Inde, Singapour).
  - Vérification de la conformité des activités avec les procédures internes BNP Paribas et avec les réglementations applicables telles que la loi bancaire française, la directive sur les marchés d’instruments financiers (MIF 2), RGPD (règlement général sur la protection des données) ou encore la réglementation spécifique aux OPCVM et FIA.
  - Au sein des entités audités, revue approfondie des fonctions supports telles que les ressources humaines, le juridique, la comptabilité et le contrôle de gestion, la conformité et les risques mais également du cœur de l’activité comme la gestion de portefeuille, la passation et l’exécution des ordres, le Middle et le Back Office, le développement produit, le marketing et la vente.
  - Réalisation d’une campagne d’évaluation du risque visant à déterminer le cycle d’audit adapté aux différentes activités en fonction de leur risque intrinsèque et des moyens mis en place pour gérer ces risques.
  - Formalisation des travaux d’audit sous forme de synthèse en vue d’alimenter un échange avec la direction de l’entité audité. Rédaction de constats de carences et de recommandations visant à renforcer le dispositif de contrôle des risques.
  - Management d’une équipe d’auditeurs : gestion du planning, priorisation des tâches, orientation de la mission sur les principales zones de risques et supervision des travaux réalisés par les membres de l’équipe.
  

• BNP Paribas Asset Management - Relationship Manager

  Paris 2012 - 2014 Managing relationships with external service providers appointed for BNPP IP Funds in France, Luxembourg, Belgium and The Netherlands for Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency activities.
  - Monitor the service quality of external providers, implement service enhancements, ensure resolution of urgent or recurring service issues, and provide subject matter expertise on Change Management projects including regulatory initiatives.
  - Support the process of creation, modification and liquidation on BNPP IP Products.
  - Manage the contractual framework with service providers: fee schedules, SLAs and Operating Memorandums.
  - Act as the main point of escalation for daily operational issues involving the service providers.
  - Provide technical input and validation on strategic/development projects.

• BNP Paribas Investment Partners - Project Manager

  Paris 2010 - 2012 Merger Fortis Investment Management within BNP Paribas Investment Partners
  Key player of the merger workgroups leading to the implementation of the new global operating model of BNPP IP.
  - Leading the SLA work-group to cover documentation requirements for all business functions of the new organization, i.e. Custody, Middle Office, Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Dealing, Clearing, Security Lending, Client Reporting, IT, Investment Support, BCP, Financial Reporting and Tax. Definition of service standards and operational workflows while taking into account regulatory requirements (UCIT IV, KIID, FATCA...), internal compliance and risk policies.
  - Establishing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for all business functions in cooperation with Service Providers.
  - Central point of coordination within the management company to produce reporting to senior management (cost & revenues of the activity, product events, projects' overview, KPIs, key issues and risks to be addressed).
  - Migration/Change of IT systems and operational platforms.
  - Transfer all Fund Administration, Transfer Agency and Custody activities from FIM's service providers to BNPP IP's service providers. Monitoring operational risks during the transfer.
  - Managing fund events such as merger, creation or liquidation as part of the global product range rationalization initiative. In charge of development projects aiming to keep up with market standards and meet strategic requirements. ;

• Fortis Investment Management Luxembourg S.A. - Network Management Administrator

  2008 - 2010 - Active participation to the merger of ABN AMRO Asset Management (AAAM) SICAVs into Fortis Investments Management (FIM) SICAVs. Managing sub-funds' creation and liquidation and merger projects as part of the product range rationalization strategy.
  - Participate to the change of service providers from AAAM providers to FIM providers, i.e. Transfer Agent, Custodian and Fund Administrator.
  - Managing delivery of financial reports (semi annual and annual) for AAAM SICAVs. Ensuring the delivery of information to allow the production of financial reports in due time (coordination between fund auditors, management company and service providers). Implementation of corrective actions as suggested in the Long Form Report. ;

• ABN AMRO Investment Funds Luxembourg S.A - Service Management Operations

  2007 - 2007 In charge of temporary project to clean up legacy operational issues linked with the outsourcing of funds, including NAV validation process and cash management (FX, cash transfer).
