  Responsibilities and achievements:
  Implementation, review and monitoring of the HSE management system,
  and ensuring that HSE values are understood and adopted by all workers
  Overseeing day to day management of HSSE for construction activities on
  the Project
  Management and supervision of 14 field HSSE Officers
  Management of the implementation of risk analysis and risk
  management; proposition of the number and nature of resources required to
  manage safety engineering and operational safety
  HSE reporting to client and head offices (weekly and monthly reports)
  Communication of HSSE requirements to the Project and other relevant
  personnel and verification of compliance by all appropriate means (meetings,
  inspections, monitoring, and audits)
  Full participation to audits, inspections and leading the investigation of
  incidents and near misses on the Project
  Organization, implementation and supervision of HSE Training on site
  Development and implementation of an incentive scheme on site to promote
  HSE culture and motivate workers involvement
  Responsible for HSE equipment and materials maintenance as well as the
  associated drills

• ENTREPOSE ALGERIE - COORDINATOR

  2010 - 2011 Project: development of Rhourde Nouss field / Pipes - wells & manifolds
  Client: JGC CORPORATION/SONATRACH
  Tasks:
  Responsible of the HSE team composed of 1HSE supervisor and 5 HSE officer.
  Animation of tool box talks.
  Supervision and inspection of all equipments used on the field.
  Preparation of work permits and coordination with the client;
  Issuing the incidents/accidents reports and participate in the investigations
  Issuing the weekly and monthly reports as well as the statistics reports
  Attending the HSE Meeting and Audits
  Train the team on fire fighting, Fire Watch and the use of the Gas Detector.
  Responsible of all the training related to inductions and special trainings
  Responsible of the Med-Evac.
  Inspection of all vehicles and lifting equipment (cranes, lifts, lift truck, strap,
  panels etc. .... chain.
  Preparation of the drills and simulations.
  Taking in charge and monitoring the environment problems.

  Main Tasks :
  Preparation of work permit and access permissions to the service station
  (Hot PTW, Cold PTW, Spark Potential PTW, Confined Space PTW, Electrical
  Isolation)
  Daily work place supervision.
  Inspection of all fire-fighting equipment
  Gas tests (testing techniques, use of measuring equipment ....)
  - Drawing up of reports daily and monthly prevention, intervention and wholes
  work HSE.
  Hazard Analysis.
