  The Nile Corniche Project is a mixed use development, including the construction of a Hotel and Serviced Apartments, situated on the River Nile Corniche in Downtown Cairo. The development consists of a four-level subterranean car park, an eight-level podium structure and two high rise concrete framed towers, consisting of 37 and 38 levels, respectively.
  
  Responsible for :-
  * Assessing Variation Orders resulting from Design Change, RFI's and Engineering Instructions.
  * Identify changes between `tender' and `construction' design information.
  * Carrying out quantity assessment for the changed items.
  * Carrying out quantity take off for potential changes as requested by the Client.
  * Computing the Variations resulting from Functional Value Engineering Changes.
  * Assist in issuing the Monthly Progress Report and interim Payment with the rest of the Quantity Surveying & Project Controls Team. ;

  Responsible for
  * Executing the Installation works of Chilled Water Pipelines, Fan Coil Units, Ducts and Energy Transfer Stations (ETS).
  * Handing over the installed works to the Consultant through an Inspection Request.
  * Resolving any conflicts that arise between the 3 trades (Fire-fighting, Plumbing, HVAC) on site.
  * Completion of Installation works prior to their deadline on the Project Master Schedule. ;
  * Surveying Material for Installation of Pipes, Fan Coil Units and Pump Rooms (ETS). ;

• ATTIC Air-Conditioning - Senior HVAC Engineer

  2009 - 2011 Responsible for:-
  * Ensuring Project Mechanical Progress according to MEP Schedule.
  * Attending weekly meetings with Consultants & Owner Representative to ensure Owner needs are met.
  * Carrying out Surveys for installed components and comparing them against scheduled ones.
  * Executing the Installation works of Chilled Water Pipelines, Fan Coil Units & Ducts.
  * Handing over the installed works to the Consultant through an Inspection Request.
