    Ecole ouverte en 2014 pour accompagner l’Algérie dans sa volonté de s’ouvrir au tourisme, cette école est en cours de certification par l'Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL).
  • Réside Etudes - Executive Assistant Manager

    Paris 2011 - 2016 Assistant general manager for a 4 stars hotel with 146 rooms, I was in charge of managing the hotel day to day operations (customer care, staff hiring/training and sales/yield). As the hotel was still new, I had to implement many new SOP regarding cost and quality control. I was as well in charge of the budget (all departments), P&L reports and their follow-up. I was also actively involved in all the sales and marketing actions. Finally, I worked very closely with the central sales head office to set up IDS and GDS pricing policies in order to match our budget.
