Prepare and provide accurate and timely project cost reports for the IA Projects team, In Amenas Management and Shareholders;
Interface with JV project team, Hassi Messaoud Finance Team and contractors management
For main contracts, produce monthly accrual and cash call data for the HMD Finance Dept
Monitor Commitment and Expenditure against approved budgets
Generate accurate expenditure forecasts;
Ensure accurate cost allocation;
Agree monthly contractual billings; perform invoice verification, approval and interface with finance cost analyst to ensure timely payment of various billing
Prepare miscellaneous ad-hoc reports as and when required for IA management & Shareholders
Assist with Annual Work Programme and Budget preparation
Raise project service work orders (SWO) for internal support
Perform ad hoc internal and external commercial audits as required
