• Responsible of engineering of buildings and facilities in proposals.
• Establishes and customizes, specifications and tools for the work to meet the project’s scope, schedule, budget and technical requirements;
• Plan, assigns, supervises and co-ordinates the work. Identifies required deliverables in the work plan, monitors to ensure that these requirements are met and institutes corrective action if needed;
• Co-ordinates with the activities of other work groups, the project Team and the Client;
• Assigns design, checking, reviewing and approving functions to members of the work group;
• Furnishes technical guidance to members of the work group.
• Checks, reviews or approves work group designs, as required;
• Informs the project Engineer of any special needs which cannot be met inside the work group;
• In addition to managing the work, performs work group activities subject to need and availability.
• Establishing and follow up the requisitions of the materials needed for the construction.
