? Supervision and witness at instrument calibration in calibration shop or in field to ensure that all instrument checked are as per data sheet and in conformity with project standard;
? Visual inspection for complete and correct installation of instruments , cables , and junction boxes;
? Visual inspection for complete and correct installation of unit control panels , systems and termination cabinets;
? Detailed visual inspection of all hazardous area Ex certified instrumentation to ensure installation and equipment meet the relevant standards;

Instrument commissioning technician
? Pre commissioning, commissioning, loop check from field devices to control rooms, functional test, cause & effects, control narrative, startup, configuration and calibration of electronic and pneumatic instruments (different kinds of valves, converter; pressure, temperature, level and flow transmitters, magnetrol such as radar, displacer), Vibration check by TK3 (vabolator); Hart communicator 375 & 475, PI diagrams, ,troubleshooting in Oil and gas Plant, and some water treatments units.
? Systems: (Burner system Controlled by Allen Bradley (controllogixL63) PLC, compressor Controlled by GE Fanuc system, data acquisition and metering system, vibration, displacement, speed and temperature controlled by Bentley Nevada system.
? Fire and gas, ESD controlled by Triconex system”), Invensys DCS with Hart and field bus protocols.

Instrument technician
? Construction, Pre commissioning, commissioning, loop check from field devices to control rooms, functional test, cause & effects, control narrative, startup, configuration and calibration of electronic and pneumatic instruments (different kinds of valves, converter; pressure, temperature, level and flow transmitters, magnetrol such as radar, displacer), hart communicator, PID diagrams, Corrective Maintenance.
? Instrumentation (electronic and pneumatic instruments-control systems...etc) training in laboratories, controllers and transmitters configuration, calibration.
? DCS (Foxboro, FSC for fire and gas, ESD system”) with hart and field bus protocols.
? Monitoring, supervision and quality control of production

? Fire and gas system (Instruments such as polytron IR, flame detectors), (smoke, fire and hit detectors).

? Instrumentation (electronic and pneumatic instruments-control systems...etc) training in laboratories, controllers and transmitters configuration, calibration.
? Test Pump, Dead Weight Tester.
