CV Mourad HARKAT

Né le 13 Octobre 1977 à Ouled Djallal, il a étudié à l'école primaire "SMATI Mohammed Ibn El Abed", niveau terminal en sciences humaines.
Un diplôme en Informatique "Opérateur" - Centre de la Formation Professionnelle et d'Apprentissage.
Un équivalent au Baccalauréat de l'Université de la Formation Continue.
Un diplôme NLP - premier niveau.
Autre diplôme NLP – Assistant practitioner, agrées par ILLAFTrain de Grande Bretagne.
Il a participé au Forum National à Biskra, mars 1998, à la Quinzième Festival International en Algérie, Festival Poétique de Mohammed l'Aïd Al-Khalifa à Biskra, avril 2003, Deuxième Festival Aurès de la Pensée et de la Littérature à Batna, 15/16/17 Février 2005, au Festival de "la Plage Poétique" de la ville Collo - Skikda, juillet 2008, le Premier Camp des Jeunes Ecrivains à "Chtaybi" - Annaba, août 2008, et dans de nombreuses soirées poétiques.
Il a occupé plusieurs postes, y compris dans le cadre des associations culturelles, un membre du club "Djahidhiyya" à Biskra il a participé aux activités du Club de la pensée et la littérature au Maison de Jeunesse à Ouled Djellal. Un Agent d'Information et de Communication et Président de la commission de la Poésie à l'Association Culturelle "Poètes du Paradis" - Biskra -, Membre de l'Union des Ecrivains Algériens - en charge de l'Edition et de la Communication - d'Ouled Djellal et de Sidi Khaled.
Ses poèmes édités dans plusieurs journaux nationaux et internationaux, et dans les sites Web, le Journal de la Voix du Nord, l'Association des Auteurs du Sham - Syrie, la Mémoire Culturelle, la Créativité Arabe, l'Encyclopédie de la poésie arabe "Zaben", l'Encyclopédie "El Alma'aai" de la Poésie et des Poètes, les Marchés "El Merbad" - Irak, la Magazine "Ecrivain Arabe" - Irak, la Magazine "Al Thakafiyya (la Culturelle)" - Londres, Journal International "Azzaman (Période)" - Londres ...
