Mise en place de la politique Hygiène Sécurité Environnement
• Participer avec la direction de l'entreprise à la définition de la politique de sécurité et environnement et en définir les objectifs et les moyens.
• Assurer la mise en place de cette politique, l’animation et le suivi Mise en place et suivi de normes, Formation :
• Organiser les actions de sensibilisation et de formation du personnel à la sécurité, à l'environnement.
• Organiser un Induction course a chaque début de chantier, nouveau recrutement expliquant les normes HSE/ Code Ethique de TSP et du client chez lequel le personnel sera affecté .
En cas d’accident :
• Mener des réunions, définir l’arbre des causes et rédiger le rapport d’accident
• Organiser et diriger l'intervention des secours
• Etablissement de documents divers :
• Réaliser et mettre à jour les dossiers de sécurité (étude de danger, étude d’impact, analyse de risques,
• Élaborer le dossier de déclaration.
• Établir les procédures écrites
• Rédiger des rapports d’accidents
• Etablir les diagnostics et les bilans de sécurité et Gérer le système documentaire
Audits :
• Effectuer des audits internes et externes en matière d’application process, réglementations et certifications
Suivi réglementaire :
• Assurer la veille réglementaire en matière de sécurité et d’environnement
Contrôle
• Veiller au respect des normes d’hygiène aux seins des entreprises clients( audit du personnel d’hygiène et de maintenance de TSP affecté sur les bases de vie ;
Contrôler le respect des consignes sécurité et port des équipements
• Faire le suivi de carrière du Personnel TSP affecté chez les clients( Insister avec le client pour recevoir une copie du appraisal form chaque six mois)
•Faire des visites sur les chantiers / Assister aux crew change et inspection des véhicules.
Connaissances/Compétences:
•Maîtriser les outils informatiques et faire preuve d’une aisance rédactionnelle
Expérience souhaitée.
• Expérience de terrain (connaître les procédés de l’entreprise, les flux et technologies associées)
• Effectuer des audits internes et externes en matière d’application process, réglementations et certifications
