  Scope of Responsibilities:
  * Monitor daily PTW coordination meeting, talks and advices to settle or solve the issues regarding safety matters.
  * Assist with the implementation of Job Safety Analysis then creating an outline to potential hazards, at each stage.
  * Permit to Work Issuance, then re-evaluating the PTW during site inspection to assess the current situation in order to improve the site and to minimize the risks and hazards or suitably identified and reduced as low as reasonably practicable.
  * Maintain required work permit for each activity and that all required documents/files of PTW package, (e.g: CMS, Lifting Plan, drawing (where applicable), TBT Attendance are attached to the work permit.
  * Keep a tracking PTW register, and maintain it to be current Updated.
  * Review of subcontractor HSE plan and procedures .
  * Keep a plot plan (PTW display board) identifying the location of live permits, containing information such as date, work activity and location of work.
  * Conduct regular PTW audit to ensure compliance with the PTW system.
  * Verify any situation that could generate interference between multi-activities, i.e. conflicts of activities and ensuring that suitable measures are put in place to reduce or eliminate the risks associated with high risks activities.
  * Preparing inspection checklists, audit & statistics and presentations related to HSE performance.
  * Constructive relationships with all key stakeholders Groups, project supervisors, management & HSE staff.
  * Participate in regular HSE meetings with the subcontractors.
  * Interested parties with the view to discussing HSE concerns and actions.
  * Attend HSE staff meetings & advise on matters that require specific inputs.
  * Participate in Management Safety Patrol and walkthrough, report all comments and assist in ensuring all deviations are corrected.
