  Controls the various contractor's latching equipment (Slings, Chains, shackles...)
  Insure Latching training in line with project training policy
  Insure défensive driving training in line with project training policy
  Inform and keep himself inform about ongoing site activities: traffic plan, truck storage.
  Reports conflicts regarding safety aspects
  Reports any incidents to the Safety Manager
