  Responsibility (Scope of Work):-
  
  * Walk through the site on a regular basis to establish HSE presence and
  provide support.
  * Conduct daily and monthly HSE Meetings/Trainings and schedule as needed. ;
  * Write, implement, and manage HSE Programs, Policies and Procedures ;
  * Perform facility HSE Inspections ;
  * Ability to evaluate PPE and ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE ;
  * Have knowledge and enforce compliance of Regulatory requirements (i.e.
  OSHA, CalOSHA, EPA, etc.), including company HSE policies and
  procedures.
  * Ability to oversee Hazardous Waste Storage area and ensure regulatory
  agency compliance i.e. labeling, containment, proper disposal, documentation,
  etc.
  * Perform Storm Water Discharge sampling and document events ;
  * Assist in emergency response and provide first aid treatment. ;
  * Oversee Behavior Based / Observation Safety Programs. ;
  * Help develop Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) ;
  * Follow Fall Protection program, inspect all fall protection equipment and
  maintain inspection record.
  * Travel to other locations for meetings, training, inspections, etc.
  * Ability to oversee Safety Incentive Programs. ;
  * Perform additional duties as assigned by HSE manager

  Responsibility (Scope of Work):-
  
  Reports:
  
  * Complete required reporting according to calendar ;
  * Obtain appropriate management approvals prior the mailing
  reports
  * Maintain all reporting recordkeeping requirements as needed
  * Collect all maintain data to support necessary reports
  * File all reports within required time frame ;
  * Periodic review of OSHA log and maintain incident/accident files
  * Submit all regulatory paper work for required permits and updates
  * Maintain MSDS master files
  
  Training programs:
  
  * Maintain training records ;
  * Complete orientation meetings for new employees ;
  * Design training classes to fulfil requirements ;
  * Design training requirements to suit the audience level for
  understanding
  * Complete annual update hazardous waste training for employees
  
  Other:
  
  * Complete safety inspections and follow-ups on periodic basis ;
  * Complete personal monitoring checks for compliance ;
  * Ensure compliance to all applicable OSHA .EPA, DEC and pure
  water regulations
  * Purchase of safety equipment for company use ;
  * Complete incident accident investigations with supervisors and
  suggest corrective actions
  * Investigate all employee complaints on injuries and illness and
  assign corrective actions
  * Coordinate spill control efforts, emergency actions and initiations
  * Write/update standard operating procedures and written plans
  regarding regulatory needs
