>Engineering Phase 1 (Algiers – Algeria):
o Design of graphics, hardware & software configuration with control builder.
o Affectation and preparation of databases

>Engineering Phase 2 (Milan – Italy):
o Basic Engineering (data base & logics)
o Design and correction on customer’s PI&D
o Flashing & installing HART I/Os boards
o Stations & Servers (Flex & console R211) configuration and preparation for FAT

>Factory Acceptance Tests (Milan – Italy):
o Engage in meetings with customer to set up the test plan and assist him until the final approval.
>Hardware testing: I/O (analog/digital), Marshaling, Communication (internal and with ESD).
>Modifications on Control & Quick Builder on the request of customer
>Modifications on graphic pages on the request of the customer.

>SAT: Naftec Refinery (Oran - Algeria):
o Commissioning & loop testing (about 2000 loops)
o Assisting customer during the start-ups:
>Start-up of boilers through process control stabilization
>Operators coaching and teaching
>Some modifications on marshaling and networking
>Servers/Stations start-up and some last minute configuration changes.



April 2007: Train BP In-Amenas GNL plant’s operators (Brussels)
o Preparation of servers & stations
o Establish course goals (learning of navigation on station)

May 2006: Site survey of ENIP (petrochemical plant) (Skikda – Algeria)
o Inspection & Inventory assessment of the site.

****Project Engineering :
Configuring a Honeywell FSC (logics, testing hardware, and communication with Honeywell Experion DCS) of Mega Train-II.

2. Fertalage Project (Petrochemical Plant)

****Engineering Design :
o Graphical pages on Honeywell Experion DCS
o Commissioning and instrumentation
o Consulting for custumer (ENIP skikda,naftec arzew).
